ICEA is an International
Association that provides assistance to concierge and errand services
around the world. The association offers members networking
opportunities, continuing education, books, software and industry
recognition. Our Mission is to dedicate ourselves to enhance the
professionalism of the concierge and errand service industry so that
they may better serve their clients.
Entrepreneur Magazine
considers concierge/errand services to be one of the top ten start-ups
in the U.S. today and the business is hot, hot, hot! As a result
concierge and errand services are one of the fastest growing industries
in the world today. To meet the ever-growing demand for information on
this industry, ICEA was formed in January of 2001 by a group of aspiring
entrepreneurs.
